Damage Deposit / Cancellation Policy
Once the form is filled out, you'll need supply a copy driver's license (it's part of the deposit). This gets clipped to the registration form and we'll return it to you when you return the equipment. A credit card for the $699.00 damage deposit is also required, if you do not forfeit the deposit or damage the leathers you will not be charged for the deposit.
If a handlebar touches the ground, you will at least be charged a $25.00-$50.00 cleaning fee. If there is actual damage to the leathers beyond just dirt, you forfeit $450.00 of the deposit. Congrats, you've just bought a suit! If the boot and gloves get damaged as well, you will forfeit the entire $699.00 deposit.
If you damage the gloves, you will forfeit $139.00 of the deposit.
If you drag your toes around the track to the point you go through the slider and into the boot itself, you will be subject to forfeiture up to $389.00 of the deposit. You'll also own boots with holes in the toes. So if you feel your toes dragging, tuck 'em in. If you don't know how, come ask me and I'll work with you on proper foot positioning.
Knee sliders, minor scrapes are free, if you decide to grind them up you buy them for $20.00. If you go through them into the suit you buy the suit, no exceptions! There is no reason to tear up the suit by dragging a knee. If you wear out a set of sliders, simply walk over and get new ones. If you pay for the sliders before hand, you keep them.
If you do not return the suit / boots / gloves within 5 days after the track day your card will be charged

When do I return the gear (or how to avoid late fees!)
After a great day on the track, it's time to bring the gear back. All rental gear needs to be returned by close of business on the Tuesday after the track day unless other arrangements have been made to avoid a $20 late charge. Once we get everything back, you get your copy of driver's license and CC deposit slip back as long as the gear is undamaged.
A word about cancellations; We do not allow cancellations / reschedules.
